In Everything . . .
Fleta R. Robinson
EVERYTHING* give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning
I Thessalonians 4:18
No way! This accusation, this assumption is too strong, too wrong to meet with thanksgiving. For Heaven’s sake, anyone can understand that.
Hmmm – for Heaven’s sake.
is really better to suffer unjustly than because you have deserved it.
Remember that Christ
the just suffered for us the unjust, to bring us to God.” - I Peter 3:17,18
Thank You, Heavenly Father, thank you, thank You for Your mercy, grace, and forgivness. Thank You, Lord Jesus, for taking the punishment we deserved so that we can truly belong to God.
Giving thanks is a VERY appropriate way to greet each new day, each happening. Not thankful for the wrong, but rather, thankful we are HIS; thankful that He is greater than any trouble or difficulty we have to face. “His grace is sufficient.” ** His Presence and help is available in EVERY situation.
Praise His Name!
